The cabin had a screened-in porch right on the beach, perfect for enjoying the stunning sunrises. The two bedrooms, 3/4 bath, and kitchenette made it convenient for our family. Freddie, the maintenance man, stood out for his incredible attentiveness—always ready to help. The rustic charm adds character, but be prepared for some wear and tear. The cabin could use a refresh, but if you appreciate a bit of aged charm, this is an ideal spot. A few things could improve, like the overall cabin condition, needing an update. Still, the beautiful surroundings made it worth it. We'll definitely return!

Having visited for years, this place keeps surprising with new firepits, perfect for cozy marshmallow nights. There’s something for everyone, three beaches, complimentary kayaks, and ample space for families to bond. It’s a lively atmosphere with playful diversions and beautiful lake exploration, ensuring a memorable escape for all ages!

I had a wonderful stay at Anchorage At The Lake, enjoying all the activities available like swimming and kayaking. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service. The beautiful surroundings and serene lake views added to the experience.

Rustic cabins that are clean and cozy. Nice beaches kept up nicely, providing a decent spot for relaxation.

The cottage we had was poorly maintained with a broken heater and a stove that barely worked. It lacked enough utensils, had dirty floors, and the dog-friendly beach was more muck than sand. Office hours felt restrictive, making it hard to reach out when issues arose.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The charming rustic cabins boast three beaches, allowing pets, and a kitchenette with essential cookingware. Sitting on the large screened-in porch brought comfort during our stay!

Sadly, we encountered dated and dirty cabins with peeling paint, bugs inside, and significant maintenance issues, including a lack of hot water and missing safety features.
